Privacy notice

This notice covers seleya.ai (and seleyalabs.com, which forwards to it) and messages you send us. It is issued by Seleya Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation (file 10004407), 1111B S Governors Ave STE 56751, Dover, DE 19904, USA. Our team works in South Africa.

Each of our products has its own notice:

What we collect

• Visits. Cloudflare delivers this site and processes request information, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, to deliver and secure it. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• Messages. If you email us, we keep your address and what you send so we can reply.

This site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no advertising trackers.

Why

To run and secure the site, to understand visits in aggregate, and to answer you. We rely on our legitimate interest in running the site, and on your request when you write to us. We do not sell personal information.

Who receives it

Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics and email forwarding), Google Workspace (our email), and our team. Advisers or authorities only when the law requires it.

Where and how long

Cloudflare's network is global, our email is held by Google, and our team works in South Africa. When information leaves South Africa or the European Union, we rely on our providers' binding data protection terms. Request records are kept only as long as Cloudflare needs them for delivery and security; analytics are kept only as totals; messages are kept as long as the conversation and our business records need them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, or object to how we use it. Write to support@seleya.ai; our privacy contact is Louis-Neil Korsten. You may also complain to South Africa's Information Regulator or the authority where you live.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the new date above.
