How Enterprise works

Your Chief AI Officer: Each month our team takes one problem you choose, agrees with you what done looks like, builds it and hands it over: a board pack built from your ERP export, or an agent that checks supplier invoices against orders.
A pilot first: R150,000$12,000 for one problem, over up to eight weeks, ending in a readout against the measure we agree at the start. The twelve-month agreement begins after the readout, unless you say no.
The agreement: Twelve months at a fixed price, billed monthly, with a 15% deposit on signing. Leave at any time with three months' notice. A year paid upfront is 10% off and needs no deposit.
Running in South Africa: On any package: your node, your Spaces and their backups in a South African data centre, for a R25,000$2,000 once-off setup and a 25% deposit on signing instead of 15%. In-house, file reading and search run there; Auto and Extra use hosted models outside South Africa.
More Spaces: R2,500$200 a terabyte a month, on any package.
Security and data: How we protect your data is in the Trust center; how we process it for you is in the DPA.
Billing: Invoiced monthly by our South African company, in rand or dollars.

Before you choose

What is Standard usage?

The usage Standard includes each month. It covers everyday work, and most people on Standard never use it all. Pro includes 2.2× as much and Ultra 8×. Hard problems on Extra use more of it than everyday questions on Auto.

What happens when I run out?

Spock stops and tells you, and nothing is charged without you. Add usage, which never expires, move up a plan, or wait for next month's. On a Business plan, the company's admins are told and can add usage to the pool.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes. Move up whenever you like and pay the difference straight away; moving down applies from your next renewal. Cancel at any time in Settings; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.

Which currency do I pay in, and is tax included?

Rand in South Africa and dollars everywhere else. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax; checkout shows any tax before you pay.

What are Auto and Extra?

Spock's two reply modes, in every plan. Auto is fast, for everyday work. Extra is thorough, for hard problems, and uses more of your usage.

Where does our data run?

Auto and Extra use the hosted models behind Spock's router. A company that wants its work on its own compute can choose Enterprise: In-house, file reading and search run on its own node, in South Africa if it chooses.

What is In-house?

Spock's own models, running on your company's node, for sensitive work. Members choose it for a thread, and our team shows where it fits. It keeps working when the month's Auto and Extra usage runs out.

What happens when the month's usage runs out?

Auto and Extra stop until next month, In-house keeps working, and your admins are told. Add usage to the pool on your invoice, or move up a package.

Can we change package?

Yes. Move from Operate to Scale whenever you need to. Custom adds more nodes, a private deployment or regulated data.

Which currency, and is tax included?

We invoice in rand or dollars, excluding VAT.

Where does our data run?

In-house, file reading and search run on your company's own node, in South Africa if you choose. Auto and Extra use the hosted models behind Spock's router.
