Delete account

1. In Spock, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. You can also do this at spock.seleya.ai/settings/account.
2. Or email support@seleya.ai from the address you use for Spock, and we will delete it for you.

If you pay for a plan, cancel it first in Settings, Billing. You can delete your account once the paid period has ended.

What is deleted: your account, your personal workspace and its content, and the chats you started.

What may stay:

• files you shared in an organisation’s workspace, which belong to that organisation;
• billing, tax and legal records the law requires us to keep;
• short-lived diagnostic records and backups, which are deleted in their normal cycle.
